Design Consultation / Site Visit/ Inspiration Meeting:
Residential: $200.00 ( refundable into the project if Heather Cross Designs books the project)
Commercial: $275.00 ( refundable into the project if Heather Cross Designs books the project)
If Heather Cross Designs Co. is not booked for the project the consultation fee is non-refundable

Each package includes:
(1) An initial "Inspiration" meeting sometimes classifies as a consultation or site visit,
(2) Two options for each room present Design Presentation 1 (2--6 weeks after the initial meeting), (3) One revision based on client feedback.
(4) Design Presentation 2 (this final presentation occurs 2 - 6 weeks after DP1),
(5) Final Design Documents (2-6 weeks after DP2) including drawings in AutoCAD, presentation of furnishings, fix fabrics, and materials.
Clients can mix and match packages to meet their needs; however, this will require a proposal.
If the client selects more rooms concurrently, they will enjoy a 20% discount on the Design Packages in total. They are able to purchase additional revisions and site visits per room to insure they have enough options
